Is there a quick way I can apply a mask to a fitt dataset with AFNI tools?
I used 3dcalc to make a mask of voxels that were >0 for all subjects
in a study, and I'd like to eliminate the rest of the voxels from the 3dttest
output dataset.
Seems like a simple enough operation, yet I can't figure out which Afni tools
will do this. 3dmerge will filter within a mask & 3dcalc doesn't seem to like working
with statistical datasets. Am I forgetting something obvious?
