At present, there is no utility for registering non-like images (e.g, SPGR
with EPI) in AFNI. I've been thinking about one, but at the present time,
AFNI is built around the assumption that the coordinates given in to3d for
each dataset are aligned. In practice, people then usually use the echoplanar
image closest in time to the SPGR as the base for the intra-session EPI registration.
