after 3dTcat

Hi,

I used 3dTcat with the option -rlt++ to concatenate scans acquired in two different days. In the results contrasting the scans from day1 with those from day2, the most significant difference is mainly in the ventricles. This is true for several of our subjects. Has anyone encounter this before?

I am puzzled by the results since the option of -rlt++ should remove any difference of the activation baseline between scans. Then the ventricles, which do not carry out any process, should not show difference between scans. Any idea about this? Thanks a lot!

Denise
