We're trying to make some rendered images for posters for Cognitive Neuroscience Society
but we are having a lot of trouble getting the functional overlay to render.
We've calculated final functional images (using 3dttest across the LC[0] output of a series
calls to 3dDeconvolve) in the +tlrc view and we've prepared an underly by running 3daxialize on both
an average structural and an individual structural to try either as a base. The underlays render
flawlessly, but they won't let us select any of our functional overlays. We've tried axializing
the functional datasets, but that hasn't helped either. We've checked that everything is in the
+tlrc view.
What are the criteria for permitting a functional dataset to be overlaid? Maybe we can
correct the problem by hand. The only size information we've come up with is that the functional
dataset seems to extend further in an inferior direction than the structural does (although all
those values must be zero since they don't show up on the 2d overlay). Should I just truncate
the functional dataset?
Advice appreciated.
