Hi, thank you for your answers, it is really helpful. Now I have the
more questions.

1. I concatenate several runs for one subject, I make a big ideal
wave for this concatenate run, after I smooth the ideal wave, I
run FIM+ default. I think the result of correlation should be
the same with ttest mathmatically, now in afni surface, I choose
switch to 3D, and switch function to the result I got, I click
Difine function, in the extended window, I choose func to #0 Fit
Coef, and Thr to #3 correlation, I can get some signal on the image,
I can adjust slide bar to chang r value (I guess), below that slide
bar is P value, on the image I get some increase and decrease
signals, my question is is there anyway that I can know the P value
for the voxal I clicked in the image, the intesity bar will tell
you the intensity of the voxal according to the different color,
is my understanding correct, It seems I get different image when
I choose different # number between Funt and thr button, can you tell
me something more of about this choice.

2. After I get a fbuc data for the contanenate data, I use 3dmerge
-1blur to make the data look better, when I see the blured data, I
can not see the slide bar, I can only get the color bar, I did not
use the -1thresh in the 3dmerge option, why that happened, I rememer
I read some where I have to do 3dbucket to get the slide bar back, is that
correct? I remember I do this before I can get the color bar
but the p value is N/A, how can that happened?

3. I personally believe, for the same 3D data set, I should have
the same tlrc view if I do it in different days, if there is
difference for tlrc view for the same data done in different days,
there must be some thing wrong, I am pretty sure the AC and PC,
can you tell me some trick about the fist mid-dag pt and another
mid-dag pt, it seems sometimes I choose two point on the slice
I choose AC and PC, it works, sometimes it just tell me error,
is there any rule for this two points?

many thanks

Jian
