Thank you, Doug. It works.

I have two more questions:

1) when I try to use -rmsmin 1.0 to reject the noise outside the brain area, the resultant image doesn't show much improvement. Should I use 3dIntracranial in this situation?

2) How should I make decision of choosing function sub-brick and threshold sub-brick in 'Define Function' (Interactive mode)? I've read Q22 of how to control the overlay colors, but it doesn't give much idea. I guess, in my experiment, to use 'para t^1 coef' for function sub-brick and 'para t^1 t-st' for threshold sub-brick. Is it correct? and when should I use the base pairs?

Many thanks.

Phoebe.
