The "siemens_vision.c" program is included with the AFNI source code
but is not compiled in any of the binary distributions. Comments at the start
of the code indicate how to compile it (not very hard). This is just a quick
thing I threw together to explore the example file I had, based on some information
I was given about the Siemens header, and based on information from the "Medical Image
Format FAQ".
