The answer to both questions is: NO. Do NOT adjust either the GLT matrix
or the amplitudes of the stimulus functions to account for the differing
numbers of occurrences of each event type.
From the input stimulus functions, program 3dDeconvolve "knows" how many times
each event type occurred, and the GLT statistics take this into account.
