We have just gotten set up on a new GE Signa 1.5T system with
latest software installed; PST hardware, Eprime will be here this
week. I have just gotten re-familar with ximg, the little prog
that extracts "MR" images from the console. It appears that the
format/parameters needed to extract all images from a patient
or series has changed, there is no documentation. For instance:
ximg -i EnnnnSall
does not extract anything, simply takes one into the pt listing.
From here, I can successfully extract a single slice at a time,
so it's not a permissions problem. It DOES say that:
"ximg examnum seriesnum imagenum [-a]"
is the correct format, however various interpretations of those
parameters have, as yet, yielded naught.
Are there any AFNI users who are familiar with the "new and improved"
ximg, who could share the correct method of extracting all images
from a subject's series?
