I'm running a group analysis on some individual
subject data. I have included the individual time series analyses
(4 conditions vs. their respective baselines)in a 3dAVOVA2
and I'm using this program to (i) create average activation maps
across subjects for each condition-minus-baseline and (ii)to
run orthogonal contrasts to make comparisons across conditions.
Where should I be setting the appropriate significance levels?
Do I set this only when examining the output from the anova?
(i.e. -1thresh when running 3dclust on the FITT files?) What is
the best strategy for making the corrections for mulitple
comparisons and where do I make this adjustment?
