to3d of epibold data reconned with GE's epirecon program

We just started doing offline reconstruction of epibold
PSD fmri images with GE's
epiecon program. This program writes out a separate file
for every image acquired. These images have an 80 byte image
header attached. Does the to3d -time option have a way of
specifying the size of the header at the top of each image which could be neglected while
sandwiching just as in the 3D:nglobal:nimage....: for
the 3D image inputs?
The GE's epirecon program has an alternate image format. The
second format generates a single header & data brick
with the data stored in slice-time order. For example,
if a 5 slices are acquired for 10 repetitions, the 5 slices
for rep one are stored first, followed by the same slices
for rep 2 and so on. Can AFNI handle such a 4D dataset?
Thanx
