and have just have one more (perhaps naive) question...
On which dataset do I run the AlphaSim command line?
I understand that the input parameters are based upon the
Orig dataset.
But do I run one AlphaSim for each of the subject datasets that
I am including in my ANOVA? Or do I just run AlphaSim on the FITT dataset outputs
from my 3dANOVA?
I guess a simple way of asking this is....
Do I need an -input statement in the AlphaSim command line and,
if yes, what is the appropriate input dataset?
