Doug, I have run the AlphaSim and perhaps answered my own naive question.
I'm assuming now that the calculations are actually a pure
simulation based upon the 3D image/cluster parameters I input.
As such, I guess it is obvious that no actual input dataset is required.
Is my thinking on track here? Thanks, Gary
