Sorry - but just one last question on this...
I can't seem get the AlphaSim to run with the -mask option.
I get an 'unrecognized command line option' message. Everything
works fine when I use the n and d values so I can proceed but
I'd like to decrease the voxel count on which the
sim is based. Here's my command line:
AlphaSim -mask bmask+orig -fwhm 6.0 -rmm 5.1 -pthr .001 -iter 1000 -quiet -out alphaout
I created the mask with 3dmerge using the clip option
on a functional dataset (3D+time) a la FAQ #61. It looks reasonable when
I view it in the afni viewer.
