Since the -mask option was only just added to AlphaSim with the 15 June 2000
version, updating to the latest version should take care of that problem.
To be consistent, the cluster connectivity radius specified for AlphaSim
should be the same as that used for the actual cluster formation in 3dmerge
or 3dclust. However, since using a smaller radius in 3dclust will make it
more difficult to form clusters, the effect should be conservative (i.e.,
there should be even fewer false positives).
