(I seem to unshamingly monopolize the list... my apologies),
I wonder if among the wonderful cornucopia of programs in the
AFNI distribution there is something that allows the creation
of a file that specify the timing of the stimuli for an event
related experiment. For instance, if my event of interest
happens at scans 6.3, 12.0, 18.1, 24.1, etc. is there a way to
input just this series of number and get the convolved reference
waveform? I know that it is possible to build the waveform
with waver, specifying the intervals between the events,
but I wonder if there's already out there a quicker way.
Am i being too lazy?!
