This surely has come up before, but I can't find the answer.
The Talairach coordinate system (see http://ric.uthscsa.edu/projects/talairachdaemon.html)
has the +x axis for the right-ish part of the brain and the +y axis is the
more anterior part, while AFNI's definition is -x for the right
and -y for the anterior. Is this a known bug or am I doing something wrong
in to3d or with Tal interpretation? Is there a fix? Thanks all.
