If xin is the vector of coordinates corresponding to a particular
location in the brain in the input dataset, and xout is the vector of
coordinates corresponding to the same anatomical location in the output datasets,
then xout = Rx+s is the transformation that should be
encoded in the -matvec file, where R is the 3x3 rotation matrix
and s is the 3-vector for the -ashift translation.
