I know there have been many questions already on counting voxels with 3dclust on the AFNI message board, but I have one as well...
I have the problem that with 3dclust 2 clusters are counted as one , probably because of a big 'rmm'. As a result of the (big) rmm, voxels are counted as a cluster that do not show activity on the picture in AFNI. I have tried several solutions already that had been suggested on the message board (like -1erode and using a clip value), but none of them help.
I was wondering if there isn't an option, maybe with some other program than 3dclust, that just counts the activated (coloured) voxels that are shown in the pictures in AFNI.
