Hello Dave:

I believe the problem is that the screen output buffer is full. In this case,
only a truncated version of the statistical summary is being written to the
screen. Are you using a model with very many regression parameters?

A temporary fix to the problem would be to simply increase the size of the
output buffer. If you send me your email address, I can send you a modified
version of the 3dDeconvolve code (compiled under Red Hat Linux 6.0).
