How to get the transform matrix?

Hi all,

I want to overlaid an oblique functional dataset onto a surface brain with SUMA. It needs a transform matrix for this purpose. Because there is a large degree of brain rotation in the dataset, 3dvolreg doesn't work with it. I have tried to edit some tags in the related datasets, and used 3dTagalign to get the transform matrix. However, I found this method was not very accurate. I know how to align the datasets with -rotate and -ashift options by using 3drotate. Then, how can I obtain the transform matrix from the parameters used in -rotate and -ashift options?
