The alignment of function to surfaces is done via the high resolution anatomical data. Do you have high resolution anatomical data that is in register with the functional data set? Did you collect function in an oblique plane and high-res anatomy in one of the cardinal (Sag. Cor. or Axial) planes?
Please clarify.
