The new program 'rotcom' (now in the AFNI source and linux_glibc22 binary archives) will print out the rotation matrix+vector, given the '-rotate ... -ashift ...' command. For example:


rotcom '-rotate 10I 5R 0A'
0.984808 -0.173648  0.000000  0.000
0.172987  0.981060 -0.087156  0.000
0.015134  0.085832  0.996195  0.000

Of course, to use this you'll have to install the latest AFNI.
