That should be OK. I probably will investigate the "tag" scheme, even if not immediately. From my perusal of the literature, it appears that EPI-to-T1 registration is still a very "live" issue, and I see no sign of convergence toward a standard method. This is especially true when the distortions are large, as is the case in our work. Am I correct in this conclusion? At any rate, there appears to be much more work to do along these lines.
