For each -stim_file, you have minlag=1 and maxlag=3, and you have 7 regressors, plus 3 extra baseline parameters: a total of 7*3+3=24 regressors, vs. 90 time points. The model is over parametrized. I suggest that you set the minlag and maxlag parameters for the motion parameters to 0 - that is, only allow them to affect the images at the moment they occur. See if this helps (it will remove 6*2=12 regressors).
