Hi Bob and Ziad,

Thanks for your reply! Yes, I have the functional data collected in an oblique plane, the 2D anatomical data in the same plane as that of functional ones, and the 3D anatomical data in cardinal planes. I used FreeSurfer to reconstruct the surface brain from the 3D data. In AFNI, the 3D and 2D data were registered with 3drotate. Then I registered the 3D data came from @SUMA_Make_Spec_FS with that aligned with the functional data to get the transformation matrix and the SurfVol_align_Exp dataset. After that, I edited the .HEAD file of SurfVol_align_Exp dataset, added some imformation needed by SUMA so that I can overlaid the functional maps onto the surface brain. Does this process sound reasonable or not? BTW, when does SUMA have more functions, such as editing ROI on the surface like plug_in "draw dataset"?

Thanks,
Xiangchuan
