Mac OS X 10.2 (Jaguar) - at last

At last I received my Jaguar upgrade disks. From this day forth, we no longer support OS X 10.1. The new binaries are stored in macosx_10.2. One very minor code change was required to get the dynamic loader compatibility library (libdl.a) to compile. Everything else was smooth.
