I have a series of datasets consisting of only 1 slice. In order to get around many of the problems afni has with 1 slice datasets, I've concatonated the dataset (in the z-direction) using either 3dZcat or from3d/to3d to create a 2-slice dataset. When I try to run 3dvolreg I get the following error:
Choleski factorization failure in startup_lsqfit
mri_startup_lsqfit: bad call to startup_lsqfit!
mri_3dalign_setup
3dvolreg main
I assume this has something to do with the limited z-direction of my dataset, but how do I get around this?
