Dear all,
I am trying to get the atlas locations of a set of clusters. The dataset is a tlrc dataset in MNI space (volumes were spatially normalized in SPM, and the header was refitted to incorporate the information about being in MNI space). If I right-click a location in the viewer and choose "whereami", I get the usual list of anatomical locations according to the atlases. However, if I click on "Whereami" in the cluster report table (or, alternatively, using the "whereami -omask" command from the terminal), I simply get a report that counts the voxels in each cluster, without any anatomical information, e.g. (I removed the usual formatting characters because the board won't let me post the message otherwise):
Input coordinates orientation set by default rules to LPI
In ordered mode ...
Have 4 unique values of:
0 1 2 3
Skipping unique value of 0
Processing unique value of 1
734 voxels in ROI
Processing unique value of 2
708 voxels in ROI
Processing unique value of 3
506 voxels in ROI
Things work fine if I use a dataset in TLRC, rather than MNI, space. Is "whereami -omask" not compatible with an input dataset in MNI space?
thanks for any help
