Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Hello,

I have just run orthohull, and have the following error message (using Linux 64-bit). If there is something I need to install to have this fixed, please let me know the exact command I need to input.

++ Environment variable AFNI_LEFT_IS_LEFT already set to 'yes'. Value of 'YES' from /home/nora/.afnirc is ignored.
++ RMS distance between tags before = 56.46 mm
++ Total rotation=27.78 degrees; translation=54.28 mm; scaling=1.00
++ RMS distance between tags after = 10.98 mm
3dSkullStrip: error while loading shared libraries: libgsl.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
