I'm going to bump this and hope it gets noticed this time. I still have to change my TR to 2 from 1.5 with 3drefit to make this work in @RetinoProc, and I can't think of a good reason why that might be. Googling the error message yielded one hit--my post from June.
Edit: Here's the syntax that doesn't work, used when the TR is 1.5:
@RetinoProc \
-sid s1000 \
-surf_vol@epi ../s1000_SurfVol+orig \
-spec_left ../SUMA/s1000_lh.spec \
-spec_right ../SUMA/s1000_rh.spec \
-anat_vol@epi T1+orig \
-TR 1.5 \
-period_ecc 24 \
-period_pol 24 \
-nrings 1 \
-nwedges 1 \
-fwhm_ecc 3 \
-fwhm_pol 4.5 \
-pre_ecc 0 \
-pre_pol 0 \
-ccw s1000_fmri1_topup_corrected2_al+orig s1000_fmri4_topup_corrected2_al+orig s1000_fmri7_topup_corrected2_al+orig \
-clw s1000_fmri2_topup_corrected2_al+orig s1000_fmri5_topup_corrected2_al+orig s1000_fmri8_topup_corrected2_al+orig \
-out_dir polar_angle_results_no_pre_pol \
-no_tshift -noVR
After changing the TR to 2 and the 24s to 32s in the script, it runs without a problem.
