Hi Dane,
The "Command not found." error is from the shell, and
has nothing to do with afni_proc.py. The shell reads
the script, sees a "-regress_censor_extern" command,
and whines because it does not know of such a program
in your $PATH.
The actual problem is bad line continuation characters
('\') in the script. The lines prior to those mentioned
as such errors must not have good continuation characters.
For example, before "-regress_censor_extern", there is no
'\' character, and again before -regress_errts_prefix.
1. That means the -dsets option might be given all EPI
runs at once:
${subj}_*_vr_zp4_cardnudg_e2a_FWHM+tlrc.HEAD
not just one ${sess} dataset.
2. The motion terms do not need to be bandpassed, as they
will be included in the full regression model (along with
the frequencies to remove).
But since you are running volume registration outside of
afni_proc.py, consider adding -regress_motion_file, to
pass it your motion regressor file.
