AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Rick!

Thank you so much for your help! I ran the command you suggested and got the following output:

2.034600 = 0.2823 + 0.2686 + 0.2840 + 0.2737 + 0.2594 + 0.3265 + 0.3401 : iteration 0095, seed 1234662

So I am assuming that means iteration 0095 is the best one. This is probably a super easy question but I have a file for each of my 7 event types. So for example I have a file named stimes.0095_01_M_Neutral.1D. In that file is the following:

10.3 17.8 39.7 62.2 97.0 117.7 128.9 132.4 140.5 144.1
25.1 28.6 62.4 110.7 115.3 125.9 129.5 180.2 192.3 195.9

I am assuming these are the stimulus onset times suggested for my two runs but I just want to confirm with you. So to get my task timing I can just use each of these files which are basically my stimulus timing files to construct the task and what time is not accounted for will be my jitters?

Thank you so much for your help!
