AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi,
I have a script for afni_proc.py that works on a machine but on another.
The script works perfectly fine with AFNI_2011_12_21_1014 (precompiled macosx_10.6_Intel_64) on Mac OS 10.9.3 (2.26 GHz Intel core 2 Duo).
But with AFNI AFNI_2011_12_21_1014 (Precompiled binary macosx_10.7_Intel_64) running on Mac OS 10.9.3 (2.6 GHz Intel core i5), I get the following error:
"reps '#' is not an int in dset "
Datasets and scripts are exactly the same.
Thank you !
Guillaume
