AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

It looks like that data is all in the same location,
except that the first 93 volumes have one extra slice
in the superior direction. If so, maybe you should
just remove that extra slice from the first 93 volumes.

First make a dataset with just those 93 volumes, then
use 3dZeropad to remove one slice from the superior
end.

3dZeropad -S -1 -prefix epi.93.39 epi.93.40+orig

After that, put the new dataset together with the
other 129 volumes using 3dTcat.

One aspect that you would lose this way it the
oblique angle. If you believe it is necessary to
preserve that, it is possible, but would be more
work.
