AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Nic,

I am not sure what you mean between the use of iresp
and reml betas, unless it is just that iresp comes
from 3dDeconvolve. My main point of discussion was
centered around whether there is sufficient power to
estimate the TENTs.

It was also not my intention to suggest which TENT
betas to use (e.g. 2-4 our of 0-6). My point along
those lines might have been just that 20 TRs to
estimate the TENTs is actually very powerful since
you are further averaging those values to get Bave.
So Bave has a lot of samples driving it.
