AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Kailey,

So you are trying to display image from the TT_N27 and
its overlay onto a single subject surface dataset, right?
And I expect the surface volume for that surface dataset
is in orig space, is that right?

Are you using standard mesh surfaces for single subject
analysis?

Basically, you probably either need a transformation of
the single subject surface to TLRC space, or you need a
mapping of the afni->suma result to the single subject
surface space.

The former can probably be achieved via @auto_tlrc on
the anat, probably. The latter could be achieved by
using the suma_TT_N27 surface data to map from afni to
suma (maybe even using 3dVol2Surf), and then loading
the resulting niml.dset to view on the single subject
surface. That would require having the same standard
mesh of the subject surface.

Ziad would probably have more useful information to
share, but he is still out of town.

The suma_TT_N27 surface package is suma_TT_N27.tgz.
