Hi John
Judging from your use of --tlrc flag, you're using an older version, and I suggest you get the latest AFNI. You can follow [
bitbucket.org] to keep track of versions and issues. The ME-ICA pipeline is designed to work with native space data (converted from DICOMs) and produce standard space volumes (if desired, using --MNI or --space flags). I'm not sure what other procedures have been applied to the data to get them into +tlrc space - these could have mangled the signal scaling. If you're up to it, you can upload the data (including anatomical if acquired) at
afni.nimh.nih.gov/sscc/upload
Let's start there.
