Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

That warning only serves as an alert. If 3dDeconvolve finished without any error message, use the Graph window to check the fitted model against the input and verify whether everything worked as expected.

However, if 3dDeconvolve didn't properly model the first stimulus, don't delete those 2 TR's. Instead use the -censor option to specify the TR's you would like to ignore in modeling.
