Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Hi,

To improve memory consumption of 3dTrackID, some recent improvements were made internally. It should run with something like 30-40% less memory now, depending on the size of the networks being tracked (with larger percentage gains in larger networks). It's probably a wee bit faster as well.

Unfortunately, in the process of doing so, I inserted a bug which throws a message during the outputting of files; I have now fixed this, so that from tomorrow (Aug 12), this won't be a problem.
