Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Hi Mahsa,

So time event times probably look something like
what you would get from: 

echo `1deval -num 24 -expr '12*t'`
which is to say: 
0 12 24 36 48 60 72 84 96 108 120 132 144 156 168 180 192 204 216 228 240 252 264 276

Those would then need to be adjusted, depending
on how many TRs were discarded at the beginning
of the run. It is important to know when the first
stimulus really happened.

Also, how many runs are there?
