The fact that it is NIFTI is possibly the problem.
The NIFTI format does not have a way to encode
your slice timing.

To properly analyze it, first convert it to AFNI format
with the slice timing included. To do so, first make a
text file that has each slice time, call it my_times.txt.
Then use 3dTcat to convert to AFNI format with the
timing included:

3dTcat -prefix RSNI_timing -tpattern @my_times.txt RSN1.nii.gz
