AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hello,
I have a block task-based design where each subject performed the same 9 tasks during two seperate fMRI scans within the same session visit. However, the two scans are counter-balanced and have a different order of tasks performed.

For example:

1st scan task order: A-B-C-C-B-A-A-C-B

2nd scan task order: C-B-A-A-B-C-C-A-B

How would I specify two different sets of timing files for a symbolic specification of the model in the -regress_opts_3dD section of the afni_proc.py script?

Or would it be easier and still appropriate to concatenate the scans?
