AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Dear AFNI experts.

I'm just beginner of AFNI.
I can use AFNI GUI relatively very well, but I'm not skillful in using script.

Now I have some fMRI data,
it was already preprocessed and analyzed by other man,
So, I can compare the differences between two groups (ex, patients versus controls) in terms of whole brain.
I can also make ROI and can get percent signal change of ROI using AFNI script.

However, according to my hypothesis, I have to focus some regions using 'small volume correction'.

I googled, and found some way to use 'small volume correction' in AFNI.
But, the advice was too short, so I cannot apply it to my script.

Is there any example of script or easy way to use 'small volume correction' in AFNI?

Thanks in advance.
