AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Howdy -

I have a full brain stats dataset. I have an ROI. I masked the stats with the ROI using 3dcalc:
3dcalc -a mystats -b mymask -expr 'a*b' -prefix masked_stats
however, when I open masked_stats in the GUI, I no longer have the option to select p-values. The stats seem right, the mask works, I just can't filter them. I can do what I need to do on the command line with 3droistats and related, so this isn't a big deal, but is there some reason for this behavior? Do I do something unforgiveable without knowing it, and this is AFNI's vengeance?
