AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. There is almost certainly a difference in the original
grids somewhere. The voxel size should be the minimum
original voxel dimension, isotropic. To end up with
2.5 mm^3.

Try to run "3dinfo -d3" on all of the original EPIs.
For example:

3dinfo -d3 subj.*/*.results/pb00*r01*.HEAD
