Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hello,

I have a Spin Echo MRI image whose size is 256*256*44 and the voxel size is 1*1*3 mm. I want to have a cubic voxel size that is 1*1*1 mm in this case. I have used 3drefit script with '-xdel 1 -ydel 1 -zdel 1 -keepcen' options.

After usage of this script, I have checked the file with 3dinfo and it seemed that the voxel size is changed to 1*1*1 mm but the slice number still looks like 44.

It should be 44*3, am I correct? How can 3drefit changes the voxel size?

Thanks,

Hayriye.

Hayriye.
