Hi Peter,
I have a T1-estimated image which I have created by using a MATLAB code I wrote, whose size is 256*256*44. I want to align these two images and also align both of them to one of the atlases of AFNI. I actually have tried 3dresample before, because the size of the SE image became 256*256*132 I had difficulity to register them. So I needed to zero pad the T1-estimated image, I tried 3dZeropad with '-master' option. But I get the following error message:
'Master and Input datasets are not oriented the same!
Master and Input datasets don't have the same voxel size!'
My T1 image is in RPS orientation, Spin Echo is in RPI orientation. At first thought to change the orientation and voxel size with 3drefit, as you told this does not change the actual data.
Although I used the 3dresample I get the same voxel size error, is there any way to solve this problem?
How can I actually change the orientation and voxel size?
Thank you very much for your quick reply.
Hayriye.
