AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Thanks for help. With your response and some of the previous answered questions about errors on the community board I managed to make it through everything and have results.

I did however notice something weird. The lower I slide the threshold bar the stronger and larger my clusters become. Directly opposite of what happens in most analyses. Why with a lower P value do you see more effects? See the screen shots [postimg.org] and [postimg.org] and you will see what I mean.

Also confused about what to do if I wanted to asses what is statistically significant. Or if I just needed the average PPI R coef between my seed and another specific ROI, how would I go getting it? Do I simply 3dMaskave the ROI from this analyses?

Thanks,

~`Dane
