Hi Robie,
There is no way to do that from the GUI at
least. The clusters are numbers according
to their sorted-by-volume order. So they can
change with even slight changes in threshold.
You can generally select one ROI by specifying
that data range upon input, e.g. if you want the
ROI with a value of 4, do something like:
... -mask Custer_mask+tlrc'<3>' ...
Of course in a script, that '3' is meaningless.
